For your case to be as successful as possible, you and I must work together toward the same end, namely winning your Social Security benefits. We will work closely with your medical providers to ensure all relevant and critical documents are presented to Social Security. We will work closely together to ensure your case is understood in full by the Social Security Administration and by the Administrative Law Judges. I will fight your battle, explaining the process to you at every step, ensuring you understand the status of your case and what you can expect.

As a consumer myself, I understand the frustrations of making calls and either hearing an endless list of touchtone options or leaving a message that never seems to be returned in a timely fashion. I pride myself on always remembering what it feels like to be on the other end of that phone call, the other side of that desk, the other end of life. At our law office, you will always deal with me. Calls will be returned in a timely fashion, typically the same day, but certainly no later than the following day. Keeping you involved and informed is but one of my goals.

Additionally, my clients take comfort not only in my experience but in the fact that I have a vested interest in their case. My fee is contingent on a successful outcome for your claim. If you do not get paid, I do not get paid.
